Island Time

Hitting one tourist trap to another, I have made my way from San Juan over to the island of Vieques, to the southeast. Esperanza is the town on the south side of the island. It is a main drag lined with beach bars, restaurants, food trucks, snorkeling and kayak rentals, and biobay tours. The people here are friendly, outgoing, and relaxed. No crime. Last Day in Spain

My last day in Spain took me on a trip on the funicular and telerifico (aka gondola) up to Parc de Montjuïc, the location of the 1992 Barcelona Olympic games. Biking Barcelona

My day began with a nice four hour bike ride through the heart of Barcelona with Fat Tire Bike Tours. I highly recommend the tour. It was relaxing (despite those who didn’t really know how to ride a bike and kept running into me), entertaining, humorous, and educational.
